Progress & Determined fear that progress
If you so choose, from March 9 I can reconcile my duties as mayor of Valverde del Camino leaving the Parliament. As many know, I present to the Senate by the PSOE de Huelva, something that fills me with responsibility for all citizens of this province. There are already many examples of mayors who combine their work in front of a municipality to put in different parliaments. Very near to us we have many examples, such as the mayors of Almonte, La Palma or Huelva or Cadiz Mayor. My purpose in this new venture is to be able to defend -As they have done, both the interests of the province, like my own people. That's the idea I have in the future and I sincerely believe that a person familiar with the Local Government, Provincial Administration and the Regional Administration, as I do, you will find in the Senate a few possibilities in the field of Management State will always be good for Huelva and Valverde. Today
am a representative of the valverdeños. Less than a year ago, on 27 May, I asked them to vote as mayor to work for Valverde del Camino for four years. Now what I ask is help me to be with friends administrations allow us to develop the vast and magnificent city project that has Valverde del Camino.
But I make this request also extends to the rest of Huelva, it also aspires to be a representative of all the inhabitants of a province which has major challenges before it portend an extraordinary future. My main purpose is to advance Huelva, to reach increasingly higher levels of quality of life and wellbeing. And for that infrastructure is essential to bring all districts, it is key to territorial cohesion, because they will be a link development from south to north and from east to west, and because it is right.
In this sense, we can not forget that the central and northern province of Huelva have to have good infrastructure to solve many of their problems, which will pave the obstacles in its development. In this area of \u200b\u200bthe province where there are three major infrastructure completion. One is the Dam of Alcolea, it will provide thousands of hectares of irrigated land across the center of the province of Huelva, another is the unfolding of the 435, something that since José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero took office and our partner serves as minister Magdalena Álvarez, has made significant progress. However it has been working behind closed doors, which is called 'cooking': study information, the budget, etc., and we must continue with this work to realize a vital unfold for the province of Huelva. The parliamentary group will also continue working to carry out the unfolding of the regional stretching from Rio Tinto to Santa Olalla del Cala, which would connect the southern province of Huelva with the Ruta de la Plata. And of course there are other basic infrastructure that is well managed from the point of view of the 2008 budget, as is the railway line Huelva Zafra. I believe that with these facilities in the province will gain a lot. I am convinced that now lives on the revenues that primarily gives the triangle-Ayamonte-Huelva Almonte; a triangle, with work and concrete proposals, I am sure we can raise it to include other areas of the province that have not yet reached their level of development in the way of wealth creation and employment, and higher quality of life.
