Introduction to the History of World Christianity
next April 11 will launch this new event organized by the Faculty of Religious and Philosophical Studies and the Department of Extension, Arts & Culture UCM. 
Easter month was chosen to begin a new cycle in the Extension Center at UCM, it is called "Introduction to the History of the Christian world" and is organized by the Faculty of Religious and Philosophical and the Directorate of Extension Arts and Culture. The appointment will be on Monday April 11 at 20:00 pm in the UCM Extension Center and will take its first chapter the theme "Life, Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ" by Fr Samuel Fernandez, DD, Professor Faculty of Theology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC).

Catholic Reading from "Jesus Christ Superstar"
To understand the intention of the film "Jesus Christ Superstar" we must remember that this is the film version of a hit Broadway musical which opens in 1970, during the heyday of the hippie movement, and is made into a film in 1973. That is, as seen by an audience that has a particular sensitivity for a bounded group of problems. concert Contracuarteto brings jazz to the UCM

Notably, Andrés Pérez is one of the great national talent and finished to become known as the saxophonist with Sting at the Festival de la Cancion de Viña del Mar past.
